Project Design & Development
Our design team develops various conceptual designs with master plan and project cost estimation that meets the client vision and budget:
- Concept 3D designs
- Architectural Plans
- Animated walk-thru video (if requested)
Once design concept is approved, our design team works on developing the architectural drawings, perspectives, the engineering calculations, technical specifications and comprehensive project analysis.
- Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical designs / I.F.C. drawings.

Consultancy
For those projects where client awards the main contractor to execute the works; SKAYRAK can be contractually assigned as a third party Specialized Consultant. Our role will be to work closely with the main contractor, the architect and the electro-mechanical contractor to ensure the completion of our design complying with the specifications and within the budget.
Project Management
Our engineer will be assigned for the project management to ensure the executed works are conducted in line with our approved design, technical specifications and detailed planning; meeting the deadlines, maintaining quality standards and of course controlling cost within the client’s budget.
From the initial consultation to the final completion and official handing over, we will keep the client informed every step of the process, ensuring the realization of the project up to his ultimate satisfaction.
